Evaluation of Organizational Culture in Business Ethics Correlation

The subject of this Master's Thesis is organizational culture and its correspondence with organizational changes. The work defines the most basic terms concerning organizational culture - the components, types, functions and diagnostic methods of organizational culture; further it explaines the term of BPO and its characteristics. To analyse the present state of the organizational culture, written question form and personal interviews were used. The main target for the Master's Thesis is to suggest a solution of conflicts between the culture and changes being prepared. This will also contribute to improvement of organizational culture and efectivity of the whole department.

In addition to the implementation of the monitoring system, the work also focuses on the design of network devices, organizational changes, compilation of a network graph and structural settings with a precise layout for project management.

This thesis examines the changes in the funding of a selected non-governmental non- profit organization in the context of the refugee crisis in 2022. The emphasis is on understanding the changes in the funding of the organization, focusing on the different areas that provided financial support to the non-profit organization in 2022. Particular emphasis is placed on the changes in the funding of the non-profit organization by market actors. Through the study of annual reports, the external environment of the organization, its influences on the organization, has been mapped, including setting it in the refugee crisis of 2022, the context of which is the starting point for the thesis. The discussion at the end of the thesis provides possible explanations to understand the decision-making processes of the selected NGO in the context of the 2022 refugee crisis with reference to funding. The thesis also outlines the possible potential involvement of increased corporate funding towards NGOs. Organizational changes of employer and stability of labor relationships

During writing of this work, I focused on the nature and consequences of organizational changes done by employer, that affect labor relations, especially their stability. At the same time, I tried to emphasize the importance of balancing the stability and flexibility of these relationships, which is mainly due to the fact that I supplement my opinion on the balance of these contradictory aspects in the description of the legislation related to the issue. Given that organizational changes affect the weaker side of labor relations, employee, more significantly, I focused on his position in these evaluations. The key role in the interpretation of legislation of organizational changes and related institutes have courts through judgments, that often have to fill gaps that arise mainly due to variability of cases that may occur in practise. The main finding is that the Czech legal regulation of organizational changes provides, in the vast majority od cases, enough freedom to implement the will of both the employer and the employee, as well as largely adheres to one of the main principles of labor laq, protection of employee status. However, some institutes do not fully match the current needs of labor relations and somentimes even the requirements of the European Union. Therefore, we can only believe...
